Carmen Martinez

Carmen Martinez manages a portfolio of office and retail properties in San Antonio. Carmen has experience in tenant relation and financial reconciliations. Also, is responsible for the preparation and implementation of annual budgets, capital expenditures, preparation of variance reports, accounts payables, and the handling of vendor contracts. Before joining Reata in August of 2006, was with Primera Partners Inc., assisted with the management of over 950,000 square feet of office, medical, and retail space.

Carmen has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Carmen has approximately 7 years experience in the property management field and is a member of the San Antonio Building Owners and Managers Institute International, Inc. (BOMA).
