Carol Richter

Carol joined REATA Real Estate Services, at the time of its inception in June 2001. With over 29 years of operational experience, she is responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the business, which include accounting, money management, administrative support, and purchasing for the business. Carol also provides administrative support and assists on development projects.

Prior to joining REATA, Carol worked two years at Trammell Crow Company for the Managing Director. She had a twenty year banking career, serving as Sr. Vice President and Cashier for Norwest Bank (Wells Fargo) in San Antonio. Carol was responsible for managing all Bank Operations which included accounting, bookkeeping, tellers, personnel, new accounts, purchasing, security and building maintenance.

Carol is a 1978 graduate of St. Mary’s University in San Antonio with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She is a member of the San Antonio Museum of Art, Witte Museum, San Antonio Conservation Society, St. Monica’s Guild, and the San Antonio Opera. She is married and has two children.
