Jackie Mallette

Jackie Mallette of REATA Property Management, Inc. manages a mixed-use portfolio of office and retail property throughout San Antonio and Boerne, TX. She is past-President and current member of the San Antonio Chapter of BOMA and a member of the Downtown Alliance. Appointed by the City of San Antonio, Jackie also serves on the “Light Up Downtown” Ad Hoc Committee.

Before joining REATA in October, 2002, Jackie served as property manager for Orion Partners, Inc. and earlier for Trammell Crow Company, both in San Antonio. As property manager for both companies, Jackie managed nearly 700,000 square feet of office space.

Jackie moved to San Antonio in 1998 from Seattle where she had been property manager with UNICO Properties, Inc. for six years. There she managed 780,000 square feet of office and retail space.

With her 30+ years experience in retail and office property management, Jackie has developed a strong commitment to customer service to Landlords and Tenants while successfully reducing operating expenses and maximizing Landlord Net Operating Income. She sees avenues to providing prompt and excellent service to tenants. This attitude extends to trouble shooting and problem solving, coordinating tenant improvements with contractors, supervising bid work, facilitating tenant requests, and hiring and supervising janitorial, security, ground maintenance and operations personnel. Whether negotiating contracts or setting budgets, she works closely with all departments to efficiently meet tenants’ daily needs.
